Kerridale Nursery is staffed by a team of qualified academic and non academic staff working together to develop high quality provision of support, care and education.
Kerridale Nursery staff includes but is not limited to:
- Nursery Manager
- Nursery Administrator
- Nursery Room Leader
- Nursery Room Assistant
- Nursery Cleaner
All Room leaders have attained their Bachelor’s degree, while the Room Assistants have HND or OND qualification.
We have a strict policy of not employing unqualified staff or volunteers.
Because we are built on the paradigm that learning is for life, our staff are encouraged and supported in pursuing other personal development programmes. |

We believe every child is unique and we respect that.
- One staff to four children under two years old.
- One staff to six children who are two years old and above.

Kerridale Nursery is constantly looking to recruit qualified, dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking staff that has extensive experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework of the England, Wales & Northern Ireland Curriculum in conjunction with the Nigeria Curriculum.
